The Hackensack Chamber of Commerce is organized to advance the general welfare and prosperity of the Hackensack area, so that its citizens and all areas of business shall prosper. All means of promotion shall be provided and particular attention and emphasis shall be given to the economic, civil, commercial, cultural, industrial, and educational interests of the area.

The Chamber, in conjunction with the City of Hackensack, obtained a grant to build a Visitor's Center adjacent to the Paul Bunyan Trail. The Center provides informational brochures and information of other types to visitors and residents alike. Stop in for a visit and receive a free Minnesota state road map.

The Board of Directors meets the third Thursday of every month (except October) at 5:30 pm at the Visitor's Center.
